- Source of the visit: if you arrive from a QR code or a tagged link, the value of that tag; otherwise, "web"
- Content of the message
This data is used solely to answer your inquiry and to manage the process of contracting services, and is not used for any other purpose.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject when submitting the contact form (art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and on the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Data retention
The data will be kept for as long as necessary to respond to the request and, if a contractual relationship is formalized, for the periods established by law for each type of obligation.
5. Recipients of the data
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law. The form is sent through the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com, operated by Web3Creative), which acts as a data processor on behalf of the owner of this website and delivers the message to the studio's email inbox. According to the Web3Forms privacy policy (updated on July 13, 2026 and consulted on October 5, 2026): it operates from India; it uses Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner as infrastructure; it keeps submissions for a maximum of three years from the date of submission (or less, depending on the plan or if they are deleted earlier); and data transfers from the European Economic Area are carried out with appropriate safeguards, including the standard contractual clauses of its data processing agreement. To prevent spam, it may send the IP address and email address of the person submitting the form to the CleanTalk and Akismet services.
"I would buy this" button (shop)
The shop page has an "I would buy this" button to learn which pieces people like. There is no account and no cookies. If recording is active, pressing it stores a counter per piece (1 is added) and, for one day, a daily mark: a mark derived from your IP address with a secret key of the site. That mark is irreversible in practice, but not impossible to reconstruct for someone holding the key, so we do not present it as anonymous. Your IP address and your browser are not stored as such; the mark expires after one day and is only used so the same vote is not counted twice. Only the site owner sees the counts. (pending confirmation with the legal advisor) Right now recording is not active: nothing is stored.

Under the GDPR and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDGDD), the data subject may exercise the following rights:
